A minimum of four-square feet of coop area and eight square feet of run space of pervious surface area in an enclosed structure shall be provided for each poultry, except for A-R and R-R zones, an enclosed structure is not required. Structures in excess of one hundred twenty square feet shall require a development plan application. Poultry shall be contained on the property by a wall, fence, or enclosure.source
